Tallyphy App End User License Agreement

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Tallyphy App solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with this EULA and your subscription plan.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Account sharing or unauthorized access is prohibited.

3. Restrictions on Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service.
  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scraping without written permission.
  • Do not bypass storage limits, license restrictions, or usage quotas.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Tallyphy App, its design, databases, code, features, trademarks, and related content are the exclusive property of the provider and its licensors.

5. Data Privacy

We process personal data according to applicable privacy laws and our published privacy policies.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

  • Access is subscription-based.
  • Renewals occur automatically unless canceled according to your plan.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this EULA, misuse the Service, exceed license limits, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for data loss, outages, third-party platform failures, or indirect damages.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
